We always endeavour to despatch orders on the same day once your payment, billing address and delivery address have been verified. However it may not be possible to despatch your orders on the same day (for example during busy periods or where orders are received after operational hours) so please note that your order may be dispatched the following day.
We will not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays to delivery.
For international orders, delivery costs do not include any duty or custom charges and you may be required to pay additional domestic sales taxes on receipt of delivery. Additional charges required for customs clearance must be accepted by the recipient as we have no control over these charges and they are a reflection of the customs policy in place at the final destination country. Policies for customs vary from country to country so please check with your local customs office if you require any clarification. In the event that you wish to return your item, Cymru Clothing Co. is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.
We hope you like your Cymru Clothing purchase, but we promise a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase – just return your item(s) to us within 14 days from the date shown on your dispatch note. You can expect your refund 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s), or, if you choose to send us proof of postage, from the day we receive evidence you’ve returned your goods and they’re on their way to our warehouse.
For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
For all other International customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel.
Please return goods unworn and with all the tags. Please also note: Goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost.
If the goods we have supplied are faulty, you may return them and receive a refund, provided you do so within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.
Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.
